Are these the right FAQs for my CorePower Yoga Gift Card?  

To get you to the right place for assistance, please review the terms on the back of the card or on the eGift template. Gift card numbers that 20 digits are issued by TGCM CPYG, LLC; you are in the right place!

All other gift cards sold on CorePower Yoga’s website, in CorePower Yoga studios, etc. can be serviced at corepoweryoga.com.

Where can a CorePower Yoga gift card be purchased and redeemed? 

CorePower Yoga gift cards are currently only available for purchase in the United States, and can only be redeemed for class packs and merchandise at CorePower Yoga studios within the United States.  

How do I redeem my CorePower Yoga gift card? 

CorePower Yoga gift cards can be redeemed in the United States only for authorized class packs at www.corepoweryoga.com or at participating CorePower Yoga studios by entering your gift card information at checkout or presenting your gift card to the teacher at the front desk.

How can I order a card for myself or as a gift? 

Individual digital and physical gift cards are available for purchase here. 

When can I/my gift recipient expect my digital gift card order? 

Digital gift cards are sent via email almost immediately or on the date designated by the purchaser. 

What if I have a question about redeeming a gift card? 

If you or your gift recipient have any questions or difficulty redeeming a gift card, please Contact Customer Experience or call 1-833-448-2561.

Does a TGCM CPYG, LLC Issued CorePower Yoga gift card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees? 

TGCM CPYG, LLC Issued CorePower Yoga gift cards do not expire or incur any fees. 

How can I check my gift card balance on a TGCM CPYG, LLC Issued gift card? 

Gift card balances can be checked at www.corepoweryoga.com/content/gift-card-balance, by applying the gift card to your cart at checkout or by contacting our team at 866-212-0159 or corepoweryoga@giftcardhelp.com. 

How can I request a refund for my TGCM CPYG, LLC Issued CorePower Yoga gift card if it has a low balance? 

Where required by law, remaining balances on cards may be subject to refund. If your TGCM CPYG, LLC Issued CorePower Yoga gift card has a verifiable balance of $15 or less, please contact 866-212-0159 or corepoweryoga@giftcardhelp.com to request a refund. 

How can I request a replacement on a lost, stolen or damaged TGCM CPYG, LLC Issued CorePower Yoga gift card?
